Poor customer service

I'm very unhappy with DirecTV 's customer service. We moved to a new place and they were not able to install the dish because there is no "Line of Sight" (balcony is facing the wrong way) and apartment complex doesn't allow any attachments to their building.

I have called Directv 4 separate times to cancel and return their equipment without being charged for it.

1st call - 8/12 - cancel the service because there's no line of sight. Seems like everything will be okay. They said they will send a shipping label to retrieve their equipment.

2nd call - 8/23 - called because i have been charged $13 dollars for miscellaneous fees. I told them that it can't be possible because they never installed it and i didn't even use their service. They said okay they will reverse the charge. They said that they will send the shipping label for equipment.

3rd call - 9/1 - after waiting for their shipping label that never arrived i called again. They said the label was shipped to the wrong address. My old address. They will reship the shipping label to my current address

4th call - 9/12 - now i have a $93 charge because i didn't return their equipment. The agent said that they don't show that any shipping label was sent out on 9/1. And that they charged me $93 for not returning the equipment. They will re-ship the label.

It's very frustrating to have to keep calling them and i feel that these are just tactics to make the customer give up and so that they can just charge them.

Please directv - i just want to return your equipment and you not to charge me for it and never have to deal with your company ever.
