I have called and called but can't get anyone to help. My services have been out for over 48 hours and I have called, and called. I can't get a technician to come out for over 5 days until 8/4. The entire block is down so tell me, what's the deal? I can't get anyone to help. I am so freaking tired of their scripted answers. If I hear "I'm sorry your service is down" one more time I'm going to scream.
