1 & 1 web builders scam their customers

I selected and taken care of a website through http://www.1and1.com. The website didn't work with me. They named and questioned basically desired to restore. I said NO. THEREFORE, they switched me to selection for that restoration costs. After I named they stated it had been my problem since I didn’t stop my unwanted restoration. I talked to others which can there be standard training.
