I purchased a custom made aluminum spoiler from KWimports on Ebay on July 5th. The spoiler arrived but was missing an important part in order to be assebled and used. I wrote Ken Wong (The owner of KWImports) and explained the problem. After several e-mail attempts he wrote back and said he would ship the missing item to me. Several weeks passed, no e-mails and no item was shipped to me. I wrote him several times, to all his e-mail addresses. I also called and left several messages on his phone. Two months have passed and he has not sent the missing item nor will he write me or call me and explain why! I paid $96.00 for this item and it can not be used at all!
This man sells on EBAY using the name kwimports. If you look at his feedback you will see that he has done this many times before. Apparently he does actually ship many items on time and without problems as he does have many positive feedback scores.
Do you want to be one of the ONES he does not care about? Do you want to risk tens or hundreds of dollars and be screwed in the end? I just wanted to warn others of the potential risks involved with trusting this man or his company. My 15 year old son saved for many months to be able to purchase this item only to have his dreams and money GONE. SHAME on any person who would willingly take a persons money and not make good on the items he sells!
