For nearly $100 a month we get sporadic service, speed slower that dial up, and absolutely continuous interruption, and we get shut down because they claim we have exceeded our down load amount when we are not even downloading! When we call we get India and seldom get a person we can understand. Their only commentis "very interesting"! This has been going on for months and there seems to be no one in authority to complain to.in my opinion and based on the number of your Rippoff Reports i would think that some reputable law firm would start a Class Action lawsuit based upon their false advertising, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.
