I have a complaint on this company and plus new wave. My understanding new wave and time warnier are the same company. We have been trying to get new wave and tme warnier install internet into our home. The refuse to. Because we live a mile away from the road, We are wanting this interenet service and i cannot understand why we cannot have. Its ridiculous the explanantion that they give to us. Stating that would put us on a waiting list. I think it is in excusable for them to do this. We are willing to pay for the service like any other customer is. I think they should give each one of the people a chance to have this service..
