I requested a $375 outside 2-person orbital chair (1 of 2) in April. Earlier this Sunday I had been resting inside it with my child whenever we noticed a loud click after which the seat dropped about 4" lower. We jumped-up and noticed the the big ball-joint that facilitates the seat had broken-in half. I sent customer support and delivered them a photograph of the faulty seat subsequently called them straight. I had been informed it had been after dark one month guarantee! I stated that it was AN EXTREMELY costly outside seat that's clearly faulty and harmful. I expected them to get hold of their merchant to determine about changing it because it is 1 of 2 matching seats. I acquired another mail back today declaring that it had been previous thirty days plus they might provide me 10% from another seat! I'm shocked! I've never had such terrible support in my own living! The corporation must be studied to small-claims judge for my situation! $375 to get a seat that smashed in 3 months? I'm mad!
