Don't buy SOMETHING out of this shop. I bought a little desk & 2 seats in Feb. 2007.3 months before among the back thighs towards the seat broke and dropped down. I named the organization to possess it set, put up a romantic date for fix and also have been obtaining the run-around since. There's been 3 calls requesting what component it is. I obtained a phone 2 nights before rescheduling the support phone since the component was never requested. Nowadays they simply named to "verify" the support contact?!?! Although talking to the repetition "Shawna" I offered a brief history of the calls and informed her I had been really confused. Do they've the component or not? I indicated my disappointment and mentioned and that I need the seat fixed asap or I'd like it changed. Imagine she did not like needing to cope with OUR disappointment and it is today dening my state declaring that today they'll not restore my seat since it is in my own workplace?!?!? I've managed to get clear right from the start the seat is in my own workplace (incidentally, it's SELDOM seated in, the seat is extremely low quality). The 3 repetitions I've voiced to previously never mentioned something about that. I requested to talk to the supervisor twice and Shawna declined to move my phone.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THE CORPORATION!!! The caliber of the furniture is TERRIBLE and also the customer support is a whole lot worse. The next time I am likely to Ikea!!!
