Do not buy from their store... They lay. I purchased a Herman Miller seat 4 years back and it smashed. I named to obtain the sequential number - it had been lacking from my seat - plus they explained my seat was restored. They DECLARE it's been on the site the seats they market are restored. That is bull! Our companion would not spend top dollar $850, to get a restored seat if we're able to buy a ACTUAL one for that price. They are half-truths and bad customer support fee this A POOR organization!
