I created a whole site utilizing the sitebuilder3 site creator that was online. I was taken by this about 16 hours but, ultimately, I'd a website which was total, practical and stunning. I'd one complex issue about renaming a document and somebody in tech-support (Caroline) required it upon himself to return my whole site to sitebuilder2 structure. When it was completed I've never applied sitebuilder2 so, my whole site was dropped! Just 3 pages stay (from the unique 12-15), plus they are in possession of another theme, absent information and wrong navigation. I'd never questioned them to revery my website
I called tech help many times and, after waiting a couple of hours for every response (or overnight), they explained they can't recover my site. Why might they transform it when they weren't ready to transform it back??!!! Additionally they inform me they don't have my site supported everywhere! A copy is provided by eVERY website hosting company.
It's obvious, from our email communications, that Caroline doesn't comprehend the problem as she mentioned a lot of things which were wrong. I requested to get a telephone number convinced that a 2 Way discussion might support any distress that was clear but I had been declined.
