Obvious instant web continues to be terrible in California, DC over the last week. It's undesirable. Tech-support attempts to be useful, however they are studying from the software and cannot do much except state that there's an issue using the structure. I inquired if there is a location I really could email Obvious and supply Obvious having a record of of the times that I'd been kicked-off the web during the last week, including one-three time stint by which I had been kicked-off 20 occasions, and many times where I'd no support all night. Tech-Support stated there's no mail. I asked to get a mailing address. Tech-Support stated there's no mailing address. Alternatively, they suggested that I visit the internet Obvious Community. I actually donot need additional Obvious customers to repair my issue. I'd like Obvious to do this. Plus, I can not article on the Obvious Community until I sign-in.

Finally, I requested Tech-Support: In what condition is Clear integrated or where's it primary office or headquarters?

Techsupportis Reaction: "Clear has been around the U.S. For 6 to 7 years."

Sigh.

I'm like Obvious is Your Government and that I am a hopeless customer.
