I ordered their free for thirty days on July 29 and was not happy so I cancelled it on August 1. I noticed that my credit card was charged for the next month so, I called them and told them that I had cancelled it before the thirty days was up. They said they had no proof of that and they refused to refund my money. I called them the day after they charged my account and they said it is non-refundable. One freakin day and they were not being very cooperative.
I didn't have my cancellation number so they did not believe me. I am a single mother of two and work part time and on a very tight budget, that money was put away to save up for my daughters school clothes. The service is not better than the one I already have and I was online for 30 minutes and got kicked off three times in that time frame. The service is slow and takes forever to connect and search. I do not recommend you use this service, yes it is a little cheaper but, I would rather pay more for a better service.
