I placed an order from Glass Art Plus foolishly before I checked out this web site. I ordered on May 6th and received my confirmation email on the 7th. After about a month, I started calling the company (the phone rings and rings and ends with a 'enter your remote access code" no answering machine). I emailed also, even though in your confirmation email the company says they do not respond to questions about orders via email. Nothing. Then I read the reports on this web site and that sealed the deal. I reported the company to my credit card and now they are being investigated. I encourage anyone in the future who deals with this company and has the same problems to do the same. This is the only way we can possibly shut the site down, or at least, prevent people from being victimized by Glass Art Plus in the future.
