I'll never again be considered a participant, if this is the way they handle their clients

I finished my membership on 6/4 plus they charged me again for another month on 6/7. I eventually named them on 6/9 to record this. They'd me on-hold for around 20 units after which disconnected me. I'll never again be considered a participant, if this is the way they handle their clients.
