I ordered a remanufactured color ink cartridge for my HP printer. Received it and it did not work. Emailed them three times before I received a response. They told me to return it to the address in the email with the packing slip which included the order number on it. I sent it to the address given in the email on Foerster St in San Francisco. After 2 more weeks and no cartridge I emailed them again. They asked for the order number but since I had sent all the info with the package I did not have it. I never heard from them again. They don't answer my emails. I pd the original fee plus shipping and then pd shipping again to send it back and still have no cartridg. Rip Off!!
