No answers no product too long Internet

I found this website company when searching for birthday clothes for my kids and was excited to order 2 customized shirts. However they say processed within 7-14 business days at the most its been over 5 weeks and I count it at 27 days without it even being shipped or me told they r done. My daughters birthday is in 2 weeks and all week I have sent numerous emails and called numerous times in the past 2 days over 20 calls made. N no answer their machine says leave a message n hangs up on me b4 I can leave one I feel ripped off I spend 33.58 and can't even get them to answer to request a refund. I'm fed up with this bs. Do not order from this site
