DON'T EVER EVER ACTUALLY purchase something from *
Our mom requested a printing of minnie mouse/slave leia for my childis space like a shock for my child and spouse (who's the planet's greatest star wars lover)! There is an extremely large markup 19 bucks significantly more than the printing expenses at disney so she settled 49 for this! Plus 15 for delivery. Them was delivered in a folded concern container without any safety encompassing it apart from the container and nothing published about the container at-all (ie don't fold don't collapse delicate image etc) It was collapsed on a single aspect and crinkled about the different aspect destroying the matting and image within it.
We named to inform the shop about that plus they believed to complete an insurance type along with a reimbursement could be released. Good... insurance type was quickly completed and sent within the same-day. No telephone call was noticed for 2 weeks-so a follow-up was positioned from my mom after which by me. We were informed they'd reach it along with a reimbursement could be released to look at our card. Good... Patiently awaiting per month later. ANOTHER phone was positioned on the weekend. It visited voicemail.information left with purchase number titles and my telephone number.
No return call.
Another call placed throughout the week. Visited voicemail. Another concept quit! NEVERTHELESS NO-CALL!
Eventually got through nowadays over 8 weeks after product was obtained. I had been informed they named my moms telephone numerous occasions. I stated there have been no messages left. They stated that they don't keep messages it's up to person to check on callerid. I told them my mom doesn't have caller-ID to ensure that wasn't feasible. I had been then insulted stating the whole USA has caller-ID and really should have the ability to check who named which it's shop plan no communications should be left. ACTUALLY the communications i quit are with OUR telephone number
Obviously. No reimbursement was released they stated they'd substitute the printing easily delivered it back again to them using the original wrap. That we still have 2 weeks later, and that I could be accountable for delivery. Therefore a 30 buck printing has become charging us 100 bucks
DON'T I REPEAT DON'T ACTUALLY WORK WITH THESE FOLKS! Should you order something delicate don't be prepared to obtain it in excellent purchase.
Of course if anything is wrong don't anticipate any kind of answer.
