On 04/17/10 I got a software towards the drive-through screen for my boy. I posted my insurance card. The software was for vicodin. The pharmacist returned and stated he couldn't obtain the insurance togo through and that I would need to spend top dollar ($13.99). It was not really a large package; my co-pay might have been $7.00. He explained he'd contact Cigna each morning and when he first got it tell you I'd be released a return. He explained he'd have to maintain my insurance card. I settled the $13.99 and quit using the medications. I called Cigna 24 hours later and requested them if there is an issue with my kids membership, the prescription did not undergo and was recommended that his eligibility was good. The pharmacist named me on 04/21/10 and explained he had run the software through and my reimbursement and insurance card could be prepared after I arrived directly into have it. I forgot concerning the reimbursement and insurance card before additional time, 05/31/10. I returned to Wal-Greens on that evening and was educated that it'd been too much time because the purchase plus they would not have any report of it. I stated overlook the reimbursement simply provide me my insurance card (6 months?). The technology stated the pharmacist would not have held my insurance card also it was not within the container. Today... The pharmacist was there-but would not speak with me. He put out in his small part. I requested the technology if there isnot other things she might do for me personally and he or she stated "no". She offered me a linen showing where the software have been tell you on 04/21/10. I named the store-manager, Jamie, on 06/02/10 and he appeared to be very useful. I described the string of occasions and questioned how they might have no report of the purchase once the medication is just a controlled material and susceptible to review from the DEA. He explained he'd get straight back in my experience. It is today 06/06/10 and that I have not seen from Jamie. Imagine I'll need to deliver my spouse up there. Hmmm...
