We pay $55 for 2MB internet. It does not work a lot of the time and has not worked consistently for one full hour in 2012. When it works we get about 128k (about 2x what you get with dial-up).
You cannot reach a person for support. They do not answer the phone, even after 45 minutes on hold.
They never respond to email.
They claim to have 24-hour support but it cannot be reached.
They claim to have high-speed internet, but you don't really get that at any time.
Skybeam takes your money and does not provide one thing they advertise.
