Electronicdealz via sears website returned item without refund

I brought a tablet as a chrismast gift for my daughter, realized tablet was not touchscreen as advertized by the company on the sears website. I returned the product but the company never refund the money back to my credit card. I e - mailed and called, no one return my calls or e mail.
