Adam Ginsberg International has absolutely no integrity. They'll do whatever they can to take your money - offer guarantees, promises and cancellation policies. But beware. They do not honor their return policies. You will have to struggle and fight for your money back - even if you do everything they ask.
4/11/12: I saw a presentation for the Secrets of an Auction Millionaire course at a special event and decided to purchase it for $1997.
4/12/12: I looked online and saw that they were only selling it online for $54.90. The receipt has a 3 day cancellation pollicy. So I immediately submitted the receipt and cancellation request, following the instructions on the receipt exactly. I got a confirmation email stating that they received my cancellation request.
4/17/12: I was told by Adam Ginsberg's company that they did not receive my email, to submit another cancellation request, and that I had to return the package I received. I complied with all of their requests.
4/23/12: I delivered the package to 2040 Armacaost Way, Los Angeles with a copy of the receipt.
4/24/12: I emailed Adam Ginsberg's company asking them confirm receipt of the package. No response.
4/25/12: I emailed Adam Ginsberg's company asking them asking AGAIN to confirm receipt of the package. No response AGAIN.
4/30/12: I called and they gave me the excuse that their servers were down and they would process my refund in 48 hours.
5/7/12: I emailed Adam Ginsberg's company and they said that this issue has nothing to do with their company and I had to contact the event company. So I emailed the event company.
5/8/12: I called the event company and they told me that s who said that Adam Ginsberg's company would not authorized the refund, even though I returned the package over 2 weeks prior.
They refuse to refund my money even though I followed their policy. Do not do business with this company!!!
