In the beginning of March I signed up and paid for a seminar with Adam Ginsberg. The seminar was planned for the end of July. During June and July we were supposed to watch webinars to prepare for the seminar. None of the webinars worked and the support contact email address for the organization remained unanswered. We were also left in the dark as to where the venue of the seminar was to be held so out of towners like myself were unable to finalize accommodation. After repeated attempts at communication I finally got a response only after advising them that I wanted to cancel and asked for a refund. My correspondence started at the beginning of July. I was advised that there were no refunds even though I was cancelling a month in advance! We have only this week received the final venues and what we need to prepare for the seminar. This is way too late! Adam Ginsberg sent out a video to apologize for the problems experienced by delegates and advises us to "move forward". That is fine for him, but not for us who are asking for a refund which is not forthcoming. I am sure that this flies in the face of all consumer protection in SA?
