I paid $997 to Adam Ginsberg for his expensive, overpriced CD package at a seminar on 3-3-6. Adam clearly told everyone out loud in the room that Wright Thurston would refund our money within 30 days if we are not satisfied. I should have smelled the rat right there when he started referring to a third party!
I sent the CD package back to Adam's office before my 30 days expired. His receptionist, Cinda told me she would notify Wright Thurston's office that I returned my materials. She also told me that Wright Thurston normally refunds the money within 5-30 days. The materials arrived at Adam's Office on 4-3-6. The materials would have arrived earlier, but the post office initially sent my package to the wrong place.
Today is 4-21-6, but I am not even going to wait for the maximum of 30 days to expire because I honestly believe the Wright Thurston Group will not refund my money. The reason I feel this way is that I called the phone number for Wright Thurston, and the lady named Pat told me she is only the answering service. She said she forwards the messages to Wright Thurston's people, and these people "check in periodically for their messages." I don't like the sound of that, and I believe it is basically code word for me to kiss my money goodbye!
Pat did not even have the regular address for Wright Thurston. All they gave her was the P.O. Box. I have Wright Thurston's regular address on the top of my receipt. I am not blaming her for not knowing the regular address because it is probably all the Wright Thurston employees would give her. They may be doing this in order to make it more difficult to contact them for refunds.
As far as the quality of the information in the package is concerned, I do not feel it is worth anywhere near the $997 price I paid! This info is mostly common sense type of stuff a person could learn on his/her own. I felt that I had been played like a violin after I listened to all the CDs and looked at the materials in the package. I believe Adam Ginsberg/Wright Thurston took advantage of me.
