I have received an email for 4 days regarding a cancellation of 4 different orders. I have not ordered anything!

Regarding a site listed as Amazon.com LLC. I have not ordered anything from them. I have received an email for 4 consecutive days regarding a cancellation of 4 different books. I have not ordered anything from this site, and now the emails are becoming annoying.
