On December 12 I ordered a book through Amazon and my credit card was charged $109.
After some time passed I was notified by Amazon that the book would be sent to me by International Books/Proquo Books and I was given an approximate delivery date. I never received notice that the book had been sent.
On January 12 I contacted ProQuo books via email. The reply (from C Roman) informed me that my order had been shipped via "USPS media" and requested address verification, which I sent by reply.
Since then I have emailed ProQuo asking them to track the shipment or advise me how to.
No reply.
I have since gone to the web site usacomplaints.com and found exactly similar accounts from other Amazon customers who have had their orders turned over by Amazon to ProQuo Books (eg "Oldtimer" from Lexington, MD).
Following Oldtimer's example, I am filing this report, and contacting Amazing to report and to request a refund. I am hoping that Amazon will terminate dealings with this bookseller!!!
