I am having a hard time getting TWC to cancel my service. Yesterday I stayed on hold until TWC told me my service provider would have to cancel it, so they transferred me to them. The service provider, after another long wait, told me TWC would have to cancel it. After another long wait, I had to hang up and go to work. I spent an hour waiting to cancel my service, which you can ONLY do on the phone, during an 8 hour window, 5 days a week.
I'm sooo frustrated! Up until this point, I've been happy with the service, but if I come back to this side of the country, I will do everything in my power not to deal with them again.
