I've spent several hours with Time Warner Cable trying to fix a WIFI network that keeps dropping. Aside from the long-wait on the phones, driving to exchange modems at their facilities, the largest frustration is with their tech support that placed me on hold multiple times and are unable to solve the issue... And during my last call they had had me on hold for at least one hour... I just hanged up. So tons of time wasted and still unable to use WIFI... I am canceling my service as soon as my new service provider finishes my new installation.
