You pay for products, they get cancelled saying that you missed the chance for verification, but the cancelled orders still charge your account

I have just lost the 80 dollars to this website www.pcgamesupply.com first 40 dollars in January second 40 dollars one hour ago May As you make the purchase and fill out your credit card info, you receive emails pending authorization for Telephone verification system

You receive the email for the Telephone verification and voila it says you have missed the chance Then you receive email saying your order has been cancelled and you will not be charged. THIS IS A LIE, THEY STILL CHARGE YOU AND YOU DONT GET YOUR PRODUCT

I have checked scamreport.com and I saw about 5 people who were ripped off... Imagine how manny more think that they have not be charged and trust this stupid automated emails

Plus their customer support is fully automated... It is fake interaction as I have compared responses from January and May. Plus if you reply to this emails, or post in their customer support, only one automated response, it clearly a script... I am Nelson and I am from Mozambique
