Gentlemen:
I am returning all training materials to you and expect a full refund of all monies spent with the Online Auction Academy.
1. I received the training materials and loaded the software.
2. I've attempted to attend live training classes. On Tuesday, August 3, I was enrolled in Your Home Based Business. There was no Password included in the e-mail to me so I couldn't get in the class. I did eventually get in as I got the password after I called in to get it.
Today, August 8, I was enrolled in Importing Basics. On this class, when I went to log in, there was no button to join the class. I called in to the Teleconference and sat on hold for 10 minutes before I finally decided that the class was not going to take place.
3. I have listed approximately 50 auctions in the past 2 weeks.
4. After I received the materials and registered, I waited patiently for someone to call me and assign me a coach, as was stated would happen.
I finally e-mailed Customer Care and asked when I was going to be assigned a coach and discovered that I supposedly said I would call you when I had received the materials. That is very odd since I do remember talking to Customer Care but it was because I couldn't log into the website and there was no conversation at all about you NOT contacting me to assign me a coach, as stated in your material. I've attended 2 live coaching sessions. After the first one, Ben sent me an assignment for week 1 that gave me many things to do that I had already done. I e-mailed Ben back listing every single item as complete. I also pointed out that most of it had been done prior to me ever talking to him the first time. I told him in that first session all that I had done and said that I needed help finding a product. (Ben told me he never got the e-mail, which is pretty weird since I never got it back and I clicked reply from his e-mail to send it back to him.)
On the 2nd live coaching session, I never received an assignment from Ben. I have also not received any help from my coach in finding products as was clearly stated in your original two hour free class. Ben also told me he was going to e-mail me some websites, which I also have never received.
I clearly remember Craig telling everyone not to worry about not having a product to sell, in that first free class. The coaches would help me find a product.
I have to tell you, the coaching help is pretty non-existent. No one has yet helped me find a product. Your on line help for finding products is more for people that can buy in bulk, which I cannot and I have told Ben that I cannot buy in bulk. A) I can't afford it and B) I have no place to store it even if I could afford it. I don't think there is one website listed there that I hadn't already found via Google by just putting in the term drop ship or wholesale.
Also, there was a promise in that first free class of help building a website. I have told Ben twice that I want to start building a website and would like the promised help with it, only to find out that I can't have a website until my 30 Days is up.
It appears to me that the Online Auction Academy training is nothing more than a Ponzi Scheme in that the only way to make any money whatsoever is to sell more Online Auction Academy courses to other people. No where in that first free class were we told that we had to sell the Online Auction Academy courses to make money. It was all about how to sell on eBay and build an Online Store.
I have not learned anything I didn't already know about selling on eBay and none of the promised help in building an Online Store comes until after the 30 days is up. You failed to tell us that in the free class.
I e-mailed Customer Care last week and told them that some of the pages in my training manual appeared to be the pages for a different class. I took a recorded class and the pages for that class were the wrong class. I never received a response from Customer Care.
I e-mailed Ben with all that I had done after our first training session and never received a response from him.
I e-mailed Mike and Craig stating that I was unhappy with the training as I was not getting trained to do much of anything and never got a response from either of them.
The Online Auction Academy has breeched their contract in that other than receiving the material from you, almost nothing else that was said in that original free class has happened, in that no one has yet helped me find a product. No one has helped me with a website. Two of the Live classes I've been enrolled for, I couldn't get in because I was not given a password to get in or the class just simply didn't take place. And no one responds when I e-mail you.
I expect a full refund of $3,997.00.
