We terminated our WMConnect support in February. We were therefore charged for Mar. We named to inform them we'd terminated. They stated, "oops, sorry! We can not consider that charge-off." Good, we chose to take that.
We were completed with them, terminated 2x. Today below it's September and lo and see, we've another cost from WMConnect on our cc statement!!! We simply named, got straight-through to some repetition and we were informed (I swear!!!) "We can't stop your consideration, your account continues to be available. You still have time-on your consideration. Thanks and farewell!" YES THEY HUNG ON US.
