I got wmconnect because of the price and I was constintly getting kicked off line. After calling the tech support and them telling me to contact my my computer company which I did and did everything that I was asked to do I was still having this problem. I called to cancel the trail membership and they would not cancel it but give me and extention and if I was not happy after that then they would cancel it. The person I talked to would not take NO for an answer or let me speak
I have not had any other problems with other internet providers I can stay connected.
Excuses there system is being updated so they could not give me a cancellation number but could give me another month free.
