Hello,
I got scammed by NorVergence. They installed a Matrix 2003 box. But there was no ISP for the t1 line or any other connections. I was told that it would be put into service in five weeks.
Next thing I know, I'm getting harassing telephone calls from Popular leasing who now holds the rental agreement saying that I owe them for the rental of equipment - $18712- that's never been put into service and has little to no value to me at all.
