I was looking for a deal for a hotel in San Francisco. I went to all of the other internet sites to find the average price for 3 star hotels. I had my wife and 2 teens on this trip. We have traveled may times together and usually got one room with 2 queen beds and one roll away bed. I bid and had my offer accepted for $65 a night for 2 nights. I was shocked to learn when I went to the hotel site that parking was $32 a calander day. I called the hotel and found out that they could not accomidate 2 beds in a hotel room and their small rooms would not fit a roll away bed. The hotel did not care that I would not be able to use the accomidations and would not cancel the reservations. They told me that I would have to cancel with priceline.com. Priceline told me that I would have to deal with the hotel. I ended up renting another hotel that did have 2 beds and a roll away for about $75 a night.
I had two hotel rooms rented for 2 nights and only stayed in one.
Parking is not specificly mentioned. If priceline sells me a price, it should include all normal amenitys or inform the buyer that parking is extra... Do you still want this hotel.
I feel that priceline.com is a ripoff and I will gladly join any class action suit that starts up.
By the way... Your site is not secure so I did not inculde my correct address or phone number.
