Vmotion Inc is a ripoff. I bought their web selling services, they stated they are ebay partner, and the services you buy into are a website (which they host), and that they have a series of drop shippers so that when someone buys something from "your" web site or from ebay ad you generate through their web site, the product is shipped to the buyer directly. Sounded pretty reasonable I signed up, with a 3 day rescision period.
Investigated the web site, what they do, the inventory of the drop shipper — was not impressed so I cancelled it, AND in the 3 day period. So I sent them email as directed from their own "terms" page. On follow up, they claim they never received the email, and wanted it again. They had changed the cancel email address but not on the "terms" page.
So I sent email again, they claimed agian to never received it. I got the run around about who is supposed to get this email, I must of sent it 5 times to the cancel address and the accounting dept. Everytime I called or emailed accounting specifically Liz Butcher, they NEVER ever responded in any way. I called several times over a couple of weeks, they NEVER acknowledged me, never returned calls and never refunded me.
I registered a dispute with my credit card, and is pending.
