Ripoff overcharging

Sbc continually harassed and charged me late fees for billing errors at dsl even though dsl refunded all charges and repaired billing errors the telephone bills were never credited for the changes due to mis billing and insttead when were contacted treated me rudely, like it was my fault they cant type in a promotional code correctly at the dsl billing office, even when dsl billing admitted to the mistake
