Ripoff dishonest billing and refund practices

This company has to be the worse game rental place out there. Their poor service was what drove me away in the first place - horrible customer service via email and slowness in shipping games. I tried to cancel my account with them on June 1 only to find out my credit card had been charged on the 11th of June. When I contacted them to find out what the problem was, they said my account was still active. After several emails, most of which weren't replied to, I finally spoke with someone on the phone (David) who said to cancel the account *again* and that he would make the cancellation effective for 6-1-04. This conversation took place on 6-25-04. I am still waiting for my refund. Now I found out they have charged me yet again on 7-11-04 for another month's service. WTF!? I can't imagine what their reasoning behind it could be.
