Deepshark.com is a terrible service. I tried them out for 1 month, but was charged 2 times each at $19.95 even though they claim they run a 10 day free trial period. I signed up for the free trial on june 3 and was charged on my credit card twice that day (2 charges of 19.95 each for a total of $39.90).
I then requested a refund for the 2nd charge and was given the runaround. After several emails requesting repayment for the 2nd unauthorized charge I cancelled my account on July 1st. My original monthly account covered until July 3rd, but all my games were returned and I physically cancelled my account on July 1st... So why was I charged twice again on July 3rd???
I have sent several emails to [email protected] asking this question. Each response has been dumber than the first. They keep telling me that my request for $19.95 has been denied because I kept my games longer than the 10 day free trial period... Each time I explain that I have no problem paying the 1 time fee of $19.95 for the month between June 3-July 3, but that I was charge a total of 4 times and want the $59.85 that was charged to my credit card (unauthorized) to be refunded.
This company must be scamming, because I have explained the situation several times very clearly and they keep sending me the standard "refund request denied" message. I am now going to dispute the charges with my credit card and tell the entire internet browsing world the truth about this terrible company.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DEEPSHARK.com. They are con artists.
