Deepshark.com has terrible billing practices. If you use their service, make sure to double-check your credit card statement to see if they are still charging you even after you have cancelled your account.
I suggest bringing the hammer down on them. I sent a disputation to my bank and credit card issuer, sent them emails and a physical letter, and reported them to the Better Business Bureau of Connecticut after finding their physical address by calling the Business Registry department of the Connecticut Secretary of State's office.
Result: within two days I got notice of a refund, but it hasn't appeared on my credit card statement yet.
