Ordered the subway card back in Nov. never received. Sent 2 emails in Jan. they responded to 2nd email saying it would be sent. Finally disputed with CHASE VISA and got refund in mid February. Also ordered the BurgerKing card in Dec. it still has not arrived and multiple emails have not been answered as of 3/7.
Oddly I just logged into my savemore acct and that transaction no longer shows up on my purchases (even though its been charged on my credit card). Will dispute that charge too. (luckily I did a screen capture when I redeemed that purchase, will attach it to this report)
