I ordered a $10 Subway gift card for $5 back in November. I was charged for the purchase but never received the card. I have call Savemore on 3 separate ocassions and was required to leave a message each time. No return call has ever been received.
Card shows on my list as redeemed. I purchased gift cards in the past and had no problem other than with a CVS voucher that had a broken link that would not take me to the e-gift card. This problem was finally fixed.
They make it quite difficult to find any contact information on their website that you could actually get through to a person. Last time I will do business with this company. It is too much of a hassle to spend so much time just trying to get something you paid for.
