$10 SUBWAY Restaurants Gift Card

I purchased a $10 SUBWAY Restaurants Gift Card for $5 from savemore.com and did not receive the card. I have not been able to contact anyone from savemore and have not been able to get emails from anyone. I still receive emails daily from savemore on deals but cannot connect on my one deal.
