I ordered a notebook from CPU parts international in the 10th May, I was told that as I was abroad it may take a little longer to put together the order.
For the last 2 or 3 weeks i have been trying to get this company to give me a delivery date, they either didnt respond to these e-mails or did respond but didnt answer my questions,
I have now asked for a refund but there has been no response at all. I have filed a complaint with the Arkansas attorney general
My advice is to avoid this company like the plague, I certainly wish I had as I do not hold out much hope seeing my $999 again.
