Cpu Parts is a complete scam!!!
On 5-25-04 I ordered a computer from cpu-parts.com. The shipping date was originally 6-14-04, on 6-15-04 I emailed customer service about my computer who replyed saying the shipping date changed to 6-22-04. After not receiving my computer by 6-29-04, I again contacted customer service through email and they said my computer had shipped the previous day 6-28-04 next day fedex but could not provide me with a tracking # because of the company moving to a new building.
It is now 7-6-04 and still no computer. I am still receiving emails to this day saying my comuter is in stage 8 completion of 10 stages, after I was told it was shipped 6-28-04. I have read the rebuttal to the other complaints saying that the problem they were having was corrected, so why can't I get my computer. To anyone reading this please think twice about purchasing from cpu parts international. Please send rebuttal to this and a refund check to my house!!!
