Ripoff company promised to refund money and I have still not seen a credit
After reading about Horizon PC and CPU-PARTS on the Internet consumer complaints and being notified by my Credit Card I canceled my order and asked for a refund. On Jan 5th they emailed me that the credit would be seen in 2-4 business days. It is 14 days later and no refund. No response from email ...
