My Contractor Locator
Ron Swanson, Dennis, My Contractor Locator set up my account January to purchase construction leads on a per basis. There was no yearly contract! I cancelled the contract in March. After my cancellation date, I started recei

In January of I was solicited by "My Contractor Locator" via phone. I was given a few free leads to try out their services. I contracted with them on a Monthly basis with no yearly contract to purchase Construction leads at a low cost. I agreed to have my credit card purchased on a weekly basis for the leads that I qualified as legit. Any returned leads I was given back my money on my account.
I continued to use this service for about 2-3 months, and was very unsatisfied with their level of communication and customer service. I decided to cancel my subscription and contract with the company.
I followed all the directions by filling out their form and emailing it to [email protected].
I was followed up with a phone call from Ron Swanson who apparently owned the company, he tried to get me to no cancel. I objected and continued with my cancellation.
I never heard much from this company, till November. I started receiving credit card charges for around 30.00 a month. After trying to email & call them I received no communication with these guys.

January I received an email that said my account was over due and there was an invoice for 30.00.
I emailed [email protected] and reported the error. I explained that my account is inactive and I closed the account last year. I then received another email with directions for canceling AGAIN!
I filled out the cancellation form again for the 2nd time and sent it to [email protected].
I figured everything would be taken care of this time. Mind you I hadn't made a big deal about the small purchases made on my account.

Yesterday I received my Credit Card Billing Statement from my bank, and there was a total of 250.00 billed at two separate times to my account this last month February. I called my credit card company and reported it as FRAUD, and Alerted all my other accounts. I called about 2 dozen times the 1-866-846-4834 phone number to talked to My Contractor Locator. They never returned my calls or emails. I then Proceeded to send Really MEAN phone messages, and Emails in hopes to get their attention.

Finally, On February 7th I received a Phone Call from 773-570-4519 Illinois USA. The man on the phone introduced himself as Dennis from My Contractor Locator. He then proceeded to ask me why I was threatening him and leaving disturbing messages. I explained to him all the Bull Shit that was going on, and he denied every last bit of truth. He then said I needed to present my original cancellation form in order to get my money back. I ended up leaving him a few nasty words of wisdom and hung up on him.

I have contacted the Attorney Generals Office and reported this story, as well as the News, Media & I will be making a formal Youtube Video to keep Contractors like Myself away from My Contractor Locator. These people are Scams & Frauds and someone needs to imprison them.

The latest story yet is a Friend of mine also in business, Jason, Hired them to help him with his business. To date they have charged him over $7000.00 in fees that were never incurred or business that was never rendered. He is in the process of pursuing litigations that will put these people in Jail.

America was designed for the freedom that we hold, the right to bear arms, the right to work at will. The true meaning of freedom was really within boundaries of its people. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. These people need to be taught a lesson, it will take true Americans to put these people where they belong, JAIL.
