I ordered a 1300D, in October. It is now June and no computer and no refund. When I first started calling about the order, I was told that the whole shipment of computers they received from China had all the wrong hardware installed, therefore, they had to be sent back to China. I was also told it would be 3 to 6 weeks before they came in again.
After 3 months went by, I called again and was given the same story. Another 2 months went by and I was told I could cancel the order and request a refund. I did that and no refund and no computer. Ever since I requested the refund, I call the customer service number 818-734-0296 and half the time it just rings and rings. The other half I get voice mail and they never return my calls. It's like they know it's me and I am some refund request list.
A day after I ordered the computer, they withdrew $875 from my account. I have a copy of the withdraw. I never been scammed before and now I know how it feels. I don't know what to do or where to go. Help!
