Honestly, I do not know what this address belongs to. I was surfing the internet on 1/19 and saw that you can receive a free gift card for participating. I went through the website and now, and opened my account activity this morning from Citizens Bank. And there it was, a charge for $29.95. How do I go about getting this money back? The only thing I can see on my account was it was charged from WC*MonBudget.
