Tom J Kuljis, Onlinesupplier.com, Gift Certificates Of America, Freegiftsamerica.com
Ripoff New York

This company called and left a message on our phone. Sale and make money on ebay. That would be onlinesupplier.com. They told my wife she would recieve a free $250 coupon to shop at freegiftsamerica.com. So she payed a $9.95 fee which was deducted not sure what for since they were a drop shipper. Next few days I noticed we had an overdraft. I had talked to the operators and did a walk through online to setup the website and put the 1st item online with ebay for sale. But their items were few and over priced, but legitimate. It was the free shopping spree for $250 which they lured my wife in as bait that got her from freegiftsamerica.com. After I called and cancelled with onlinesuplier.com which did refund the $9.95 and cancelled with freegiftsamerica.com which had no authorization to withdrawal money from our account since onlinesupplier said it was free. I talked to like 10 different opperators from their site.including the the main site. All said the same. I'd be charged only $9.95. I said are you sure? What about the free $250 shopping spree you promised on phone? To make a long story short freegiftsamerica took out $83.95. They said the fee was on the back of the gift certificate. Only we did this over the phone. Never got a gift certificate. Nor anywhere on their site did it say other than shipping of like $7 and something would their be another charge. So I put a stop payment on it. The bank Citizens Bank rejected it. But they realized they'd already payed the company we again got burdened with the charge and put into an overdraft. We did not get over draft protection from Citizens Bank.in their terms and agreements it says unless you have overdraft protection they would bounce anything that went into overdraft. So we got ripp-offed by 3 companies. Onlinesupplier which sold my wife the on the gift certificate. FreegiftsAmerica on the shopping spree and our bank that didn't honor their terms and agreement. Online supplier is a GoDaddy site so beware of any GoDaddy sites. I contacted the better business. When they responded was to send me to another site. We live on a fixed income. Their is no way for us to bounce back from this but close our bank account and open a new one else where. Were going lose out on Christmas because of these companies and their misleading practices. Try living on less than $900 in Rhode Island and recover from this. November 22 to present date 2005.
