They recorded my order and I told them I didn't want to buy anything else but the free samples. When I called them they can't refund my money. They put that automatic management disclaimer as they call it at the end of the conversation and then hang up with out getting permission from you to sign up for it. They also say "no oblgationan you can cancel at anytime but when you call to complain, they tell you that they clearly told you. That is entrapment and I think we should get a class action lawsuit againts companys who use this tricky sales tactic. I feel sorry for the elderly who got caught by these ripoffs. The money they took out was for my utility bills, because I was out of work, and they just don't care.
