Advertisement on the tv about avlimil free sample phone number I called to order free sample was explained I'd have pay for ship/handle. Of 4.50 I agreed the sales person Tersa tried to sell another prodect I said no. She asked if I was interested in the 12 month program. I said no cause I want to try the not so free sample.
When you pay for sh/H charges they automatically put you on their managed care program and charge you $70. The managed care program was not explained to me nor was there any information about charge me for futher charges or also explaining if I was't unhappy how I can send any complain or unused protect back.
I called the company and was told that I would not get a refund back on my visa card because when you order your free samples, you give an automatic enrollment program. I explained that no one had explained any of this nor did anyone say they total bill was going to be $4.50-plus $70.00.
They claim that the sales person had explained this to everyone who called. I said they didn't say anything about it or explain about any cancellation.
